Our general principles are outlined below and apply to anyone that uses our website to learn about their rights or to inquire about retaining out legal services.

If you provide this information for the purpose of retaining our legal services, we protect this information with the utmost care. We only use this information to help us make a determination regarding representation, communicating with you regarding representation, or provide your with information related to your rights. We only provide the information to our team to carry. We do no provide the information to any other entity for purposes of marketing.

We will not provide the information to any other entity unless required to do so by law.  Some other entities may be able to derive your personal identity through your web browsing habits. However, we do not share any personal identifiable information you voluntarily provide us with any other entity unless compelled to do so by law.

Information we collect automatically.

 Our website and marketing team also automatically certain information when you visit our website. Examples of information collected automatically include:

  • Address used to connect your computer to the Internet;
  • Computer and device information;
  • Browser information;
  •  Operating system; and
  • other statistical information used to fine tune our online presence.

This information does not include personal identifiable information. For example, we might know you are using a certain type of internet browser, but we don’t know your name.  This information is shared with are marketing team and services so we can improve out online presence.  We don’t allow other entities to use the information to market other products to you. We do not automatically collect information about your identity. But please be aware that some other entities may be able to derive your personal identity through your web browsing habits.

What about Children’s Privacy? 

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and we do not target our website to children under 13.
