About this Case

Rekhi & Wolk, P.S. is pursuing a wage and hour class action lawsuit against Defendant Tri-Med Ambulance, LLC (“Tri-Med”) for allegedly failing to pay wages to employees. The allegations include that:

  • Tri-Med failed to provide proper meal and rest breaks, as required by law.
  • The alleged wage and hour violations were willful.

The class is defined as: All current and former drivers who worked for Tri-Med Ambulance, LLC, and who were based or resided in the State of Washington for any period of time from October 10, 2015, until the date of the final disposition of the lawsuit.

This case was filed on March, 16 2018. A settlement agreement was reached on January 16, 2020. The Hearing for Final Approval was held on May 1, 2020.
