About this Case
On behalf of Plaintiff and other Washington drivers, Rekhi & Wolk, P.S. and Terrell Marshall Law Group have been pursuing a wage and hour class action lawsuit against Defendants Wilson Logistics, Inc. and Jim Palmer Trucking Company (“Defendants”) for allegedly failing to pay wages to its drivers. The allegations include that:
- Drivers were not paid for all hours that they worked, including during orientation.
- Drivers were not paid for their rest breaks.
- Drivers were not paid overtime.
- Drivers were not paid a minimum wage for time spent while “on duty, not driving.”
The parties entered into a Settlement Agreement in July 2019 to resolve the claims on behalf of the Class. The Court is reviewing the Settlement Agreement and notice to Class Members to inform them of the Settlement Agreement and their rights was sent on August 19, 2019.

The class is defined as: “The 55 drivers who have worked for Defendants while residing in Washington from August 3, 2015 to August 2, 2019, and who have been identified by Defendants as proposed Class Members in this Action, exclusive of any person who timely opts out of the Settlement.”
This case was filed on August 3, 2018.
