(“Interstate”) to recover unpaid wages for employees who worked as drivers for Interstate while residing in the state of Washington. Plaintiff Tristan Stone alleges that Interstate has engaged in a common scheme of wage and hour violations. Violations include failing to pay drivers for all of their work, for their rest breaks, and for overtime. Furthermore, Plaintiff Stone alleges that Interstate made unlawful deductions to the wages of drivers. The lawsuit is brought under Washington’s wage and hour laws, which ensure the fair treatment of workers.

This case was filed on December 17, 2015. Plaintiff-Intervener’s motion to intervene was granted on May 25, 2017. There is a pending motion to dismiss Plaintiff-Intervener Kingsley as a named Plaintiff in the present lawsuit.
