About this Case
Rekhi and Wolk, P.S., along with Terrell Marshal Law Group, is pursuing a lawsuit against Knight Transportation, Inc., Knight Refrigerated, LLC, and Knight Port Services, LLC (collectively “Knight”) to recover unpaid wages for employees who worked as truck drivers for Knight while residing in the state of Washington. Plaintiffs allege that Knight’s policies and practices deny wages and rest break pay to its driver employees. Specifically, Knight unlawfully deducts from these employees’ wages and fails to pay them for rest breaks, all time worked, and overtime.
Case Status
This case was filed on October 14, 2016. Defendant removed the case to federal court on January 6, 2017. Plaintiffs are currently working towards class certification.
