About this Case:
Rekhi & Wolk, P.S. is pursuing a wage and hour class action against Avvo, Inc. (“Avvo”) for allegedly failing to pay all of the commissions earned by account executives in Seattle and Washington from December 2020 to August 2022. Avvo has denied the claims.
The parties have agreed to a class action settlement to resolve the disputed claims. Please review the settlement agreement below. The parties have obtained final Court approval. See the Court Order below.
Notices have been sent out to Class Members on September 11th, 2023, with a copy of the notice attached on this page below. The Response Deadline to opt out or exclude was October 11th, 2023.
